• In the first instance contact customersupport@rambox.co.uk giving a full description of the item and the fault, your invoice number and date purchased.
• Goods must be in original condition with original packing materials, manual, any documentation and blank warranty form.
• Refunds do not include postage.
• Cost of returning the goods will be met by the customer.
• All items must be sent by recorded delivery (or courier equivalent) so that a signature is requested to prove receipt of goods.
• Rambox will not be liable for goods lost or damaged in transit. It is recommended that goods are covered by insurance.
• Returns must be received by Rambox within 7 working days of RMA issue date.
• Software and blank media that is not defective cannot be returned under any circumstance.
• RMAs take approximately 7 working days to process once received, you will be informed by email if it will take longer.
• In certain instances you may be referred to the manufacturer. Manufacturers often provide this service as they are able to supply product specific support.
