What is your delivery schedule?
Delivery is next working day on all products on Rambox, if it will be longer you will be informed by email.

Deliveries are Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 17:30.

Orders must be placed before 16:30 Monday to Thursday & 15:30 on Fridays for next working day delivery. Orders after this time will be processed and despatched the following working day. Delivery to northern areas of Scotland may take 1 day extra.

Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays are not considered working days

Deliveries will be attempted on two consecutive working days. If delivery fails due to no-one being available at delivery address, goods will be retained at City Links nearest depot for five days for customer collection. If the customer fails to collect, goods will be returned to us. The customer will be charged return carriage to us (£4.99 + VAT) as this will be charged to us.

What is the 21 day money back guarantee?
A no quibble 21 day money back guarantee is offered on all of our products. Goods must be in original condition. Refund does not include postage. All products are also covered by a 1 year warranty. Please see returns.

What is your privacy policy?
Rambox will not disclose customers information to any third parties. You may be informed of our latest offers by email. You can unsubscribe from this at any time.

How are delivery charges calculated?
Delivery charges are calculated by the weight / volume of your total order.
500g to 5kg - £4.99
5kg to 15kg - £5.99
15kg to 25kg - £7.99

I need to return an item under warranty for repair or replacement, what do I do?

I am worried about entering my credit card details. Is it safe?
Security on our website is very important to us. When you proceed to the checkout you are automatically transferred to our secure server using Secure Server Software (SSL). The credit card details you enter is coded and can only be decoded by our payment authoriser.

Can I have my order delivered to an address other than the billing address of my credit card?
Yes, post us your last credit card bill (not a copy, fax not acceptable) with your order details and required delivery address. Any documentation supplied will be returned with your order. If you intend to do this inform us by email deliveries@rambox.co.uk as soon as you have placed your order.

Do you deliver overseas?
Only by special arrangement corporate@rambox.co.uk. We only deliver to mainland UK.

Are there different types of DVD media?
Yes, please make sure you choose the correct type of media for your drive.
The most common type of media is DVD- (certified by the DVD council). Pioneer and Vivistar use this type of media.

Slightly less popular is DVD+. Sony, Phillips, HP and Roxio use this type of DVD.
DVD writers (Sony) are currently being developed to use both types of media.
Please check with the manufacturer of your drive if unsure.

Please choose correctly as blank media that is not defective cannot be returned under any circumstance.

Always check that your drive and firmware are compatible with your choice of disc. Rambox accept no responsibility for any damage caused to your drive or player.
